Reservations for brass N&W 4-8-0 locomotives being solicited

Do you know if this is an exclusive offering from Third and Townsend Models?  There's no mention of the 4-8-0 project on Sunset Model's website (https://www.3rdrail.com/ho_scale.htm).

Personally, these are very pricey, but I would pay this for the M-2 automatics.  I've put in a reservation for one of each.  
If these were mentioned in any of our HS communications, I missed it, so I am sharing this here just in case.  Looks like they aren't asking for money up front.
May not ever happen, but I definitely would like to see the M-2 automatics made.
