Although I have no documentation on this -- other than seeing it here a few 
years ago on the Slowhand Digest -- word was that EC nixed the 
nearly-released "Nothing But The Blues" video around '95 or '96 because he 
was dissatisfied with Newmark's drumming, having asked Newmark to leave 
during the tour, during late 1994 or early 1995. Martin Scorsese, as we all 
know, filmed and directed several nights' performance (8 and 9 November 
1994, I believe) in San Francisco (Bill Graham's Winterland Fillmore West). 
Apparently, thousands of copies were already printed, some has shipped, and 
cardboard setups for advertising in stores had already shipped as well.

If someone has more, please add or correct.
