Officials have released no list of those who survived or died at St.
Rita's Nursing Home. A group of 50 families and friends of St. Rita's
residents has banded together to try to track down surviving patients,
obtain help for those already located by their loved ones, and share
information about those who died.

The group, organized by Chicago-area resident Jodi Hanson, has so far
located about 27 residents in nursing homes, hospitals and other care
facilities in Louisiana and Texas. They are still trying to help
relatives and friends find nine surviving residents of the home.

They can be contacted at stritasangels at yahoo.com.
