[StBernard] Roads Closed

As of 7:00 AM today I10 & I610 East bound are both closed.
Councilman-at-Large Joey DiFatta is recommending residents attempting to
return to St. Bernard stop at Lakeside Shopping Center and await further
news.

Hopefully the State Police will open roads into St. Bernard beginning at
8:00 AM although this is unknown for sure.
