Utilities were not functioning in St. bernard for the month of 
September, so you should not have a bill for this month.  The August 
bill is the focus of the compnay and the customer.  There is no need to 
call and cancel your service at your property at this point.  If you 
plan not to return, you could cancel with the company and possible get 
your deposit back, but we are not sure how the companies are handling 
this situation.
