Hey John,

Good information.  Everyone please be aware that the price of 
construction is changing daily and not all adjusters are keeping up 
with that.  Also, if your policy calls for replacement value- be aware 
that there is often times a difference between the payout for a 
replacement cost if you walk ae\way from the property and the 
replacement value you get if you rebuild on site.  Check this with your 
adjutser and demand the accurate cost if you rebuild on site.
