I agree.  My husband "was" a teacher in St. Bernard and is having a really
tough time trying to find a job in St. Tammany.  They have enough displaced
teachers here as well as the ones from St. Bernard.  They sure don't make it
easy to recover from a disaster.  Talk about kicking someone when they are
down!
