[StBernard] Late emails

Sorry for the delay in getting emails through today.

Charter Communications went down 3AM Saturday morning and I went to
Chalmette in the morning and different have time to try a dial up account.

I've said it before but I'll say it again, Cox Communications was fantastic
in St. Bernard Parish.  I can't wait until I get to meet up with the mayor
of Thibodaux again to tell him he needs to get Cox into Thibodaux.
