Patty,
 
Debris means anything that is storm related, but outside of the house at
this point.  If there are things that are inside that need to be hauled, it
just needs to make it on the lawn.  We are working on possible solutions for
the inside of homes that people choose not to demolish- this may wind up
being part of the individual's repair contract.
