Liz,
My mother also has Galladora Insurance and had no luck getting in touch with
them.  Who is your policy written through?  My mother's was through Audubon.
I will
get their number and forward it to you.  If you have it written through
someone else just let everyone on this web sight know, and someone may have
a number.
