[StBernard] Let there be light

I was in St. Bernard on 10/10.  I was setting up my office.  I was told that
if I get an electrician to give me the O.K. I can get power to my office.  I
do not know how far uo or down this sercice goes.  I thought this was a
great sign of progress.
