  PLease pass along....for those fighting 2 insurance companies keep this in
mind- If something is paid by one insurance, then the second cannot be paid.
So, if your flood maxes out your policy, watch what they list as your
contents/building incase some may fall under homeowners. There is no reason
for anyone to screw themselves out of what might be their only way to
recover.
