Can anyone, Government officals are also invited, explain the reasoning
behind holding back the inspection results until all structures have been
inspected?  I think it would be more fair to release the results as they
come in.  Doing so would allow those people who are in the first grids, to
be able to either begin to clean up, knowing their homes are ok, or, if they
are deemed unsound,  to begin the process of demolition.   Allowing the
process to start now, would relieve some pressure on the back side, when all
results are released at once, in mid-November
