Please pull this post-  it was bad information and we are trying to limit
the info spreading.  I made the mistake of not verifying the info and passed
it on based on the information provided by a resident in the meeting.  The
Ag center said they will not test for the measures needed for oil spill data
and the collection sampling in the bags will present a sample collection
problem.
