[StBernard] Change the clock, Change the battery

Next weekend is ordinarily when the Kiwanis Club of St. Bernard-Arabi, along
with the St. Bernard Fire Department would have their "Change the Clock,
Change the Battery" project.

Since we will not be able to do so this year, this is a simple reminder for
everyone to think about changing the battery in their smoke alarms when they
change their clocks back to daylight standard time next weekend.  So, when
you make that trip to the grocery store this week, don't forget to grab a
couple of extra 9-volt batteries for your smoke alarms.

If you are still residing in a hotel, mention it to the front desk to ensure
they change the batteries also.
