[StBernard] More "RED FLAG" questions

Yesterday, I drove past my duplex on E. Liberaux ST.  All houses on both
sides of the street, for the entire length of the street, have 2 sets of the
"four flag" set, in front of them.  I have heard that these are trailer
placements....  Well, I didn;t request any trailer be placed onto my
property - - if these are for trailers, then it strikes me odd, that thre
are no flags on any of the other streets in this subdivision - only on E.
LIberaux St. -   Can anyone provide some input?
