[StBernard] Renew Insurance coverage?

I recently received my homeowners renewal in the mail, and after getting a 
good chuckle I called my agents Eslava & Clements.  I asked, why should I 
renew this? What I was told was the following.  Homeowners covers fire, 
theft & liability.  Just the thought of a cleanup worker getting hurt on my 
property is enough for me to leave it in affect for the time being until I 
decide what to do with my property.  Hope that helps.
