Placing a large pile of trash into the street will get trash picked up, but
will likely create a large amount of problems as the federal agencies see
that as an issue that has to be investigated to make sure there are no
environmental concerns in the street-  even though it is the same trash on
the right of way.
 
Please be tolerant- we are really pushing the promptness of the pick up-
the right of entry form takes less than 1 minute to sign.
