I think that Val is on the same thought pattern as I am.  i don't think that
we could legislatively adjust a state regulated procedure.  We could locally
make public awareness announcements that all properties are posted and not
accesssible without written consent.  I don't know how much good it will do
considering past cases of burglarers being injured in the criminal process
being able to sue for injuries.
