I know our property taxes are due December 31,2005. 
What I am trying to find out is, who do we contact to
change our address?  We live in Alabama and cannot
drive in for this.  Also, are the taxes we pay in
December for the year 2005, or is it for the coming
year 2006?  I feel that if we are paying the taxes for
2005 then they should be adjusted from Aug. 29, 05-
Dec. 05.  Why should we pay pre-katrina taxes on
post-katrina property?  Thank you for any help on
this.
