[StBernard] Plans Being Made To Open A Post Office in St. Bernard

Hey Steve,
I am told that the truck load of mail in Covington may take months to catch
up.  The current mail is having to be rerouted so the back up of old mail
seems unreachable.  We are still trying to get mail that was scheduled here
for weeks as well.
