That's him! He's in the strip mall next to the K-mart and Starbuck's on HWY
190 in Mandeville. I think its called "Special Effects" 985-626-9056.  When
you turn off the hwy by Starbucks you gp to the left and its on the end of
the strip mall.  They have his picture in the window.
