   Go to the hud.gov website they have rural houses...some in the Al- cheap.
The USDA also has the Farmer's home Adminstration which sets your house note
based on income, credit has to be in decent order though...They have
restrictions on where you can buy, however, they did have areas on the
Westbank and past Covington if you're interested in that. email me direct
