The St. Bernard Parish Council will meet Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Council
Chambers.

The agenda for the meeting includes:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Motion to approve minutes of November 1, 2005 Council Meeting as 
published in the St. Bernard Voice, the official journal, on Friday, 
November 11, 2005. (Di Fatta)

RECOGNITION

2. Committee Report(s) (Please limit comments to 5 minutes.)

3. Henry J. Rodriguez, Jr. for the President's Report

RESOLUTION(S)

8. Adopt Resolution SBPC #K20-11-05 approving and authorizing the Parish 
President and/or Chief Administrative Officer to execute FEMA Form 90-100 if
required in connection with the sale of not exceeding $25,000,000 of Revenue
anticipation notes, series 2005 of the Parish of St. Bernard, State of 
Louisiana. (Taffaro)

9. Adopt Resolution SBPC #K21-11-05 of the St. Bernard Parish Council 
establishing the St. Bernard Parish Citizens Recovery Committee as a
temporary citizen action committee for the purpose of helping prepare and
advising the council on the adoption of long term community recovery plan as
requested by the Louisiana Recovery Authority to respond to the devastation 
caused by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. (Di Fatta)

EXECUTIVE/FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS OF 11/10/05

10. Adopt Resolution SBPC #K23-11-05 to request Attorney General to file 
suit against the insurance industry for failing to provide reasonable
coverage and benefits on homeowner policies in St. Bernard Parish.

OTHER MATTERS

11. Motion to approve selection of a legal firm for Environmental Advisory 
services. (Taffaro)

12. Motion to accept Unified Recovery Group as the recommendation of 
Administration for Debris Removal and Management Services. (Di Fatta)

13. Motion to approve demolition of properties identified by Community 
Development. (Di Fatta)

14. Motion to file a claim against USACE for damages caused by wind driven 
water caused by Hurricane Katrina. (Hoffmeister)

15. Motion to discuss EPA and Center for Disease Control report. (Di

17. Motion to announce members of the St. Bernard Citizens Recovery 
Committee. (Di Fatta)

18. Motion to announce members of Chalmette Medical Review
