Dr. Robert J. Scafidel, Port Director of the St. Bernard Port, Harbor and
Terminal District will be the guest speaker on the St. Bernard Radio Spot on
WWL Radio this Tuesday, November 15 at 5:15 p.m.  Dr. Scafidel will be
discussing the St. Bernard Port's recovery plan.
