The determination of the building damage will be construed through the
inspections and any additional assessments by community development.  The
fact is that if a property owner desires for their house to be demolished
then the likelihood is that it will.  Those owners who are undecided will
get a basic recommendation based on the inspection.  The reports are being
made available on line shortly.
