I understand that Louisiana only gets one half of one percent of is oil
revenue while other states get between 50 and 100 percent. Once again we are
left with less than we deserve. Can we lobby to overturn this unfair
practice? If we were to get these dividends we could take care of our own
debts.Why always the stepchild?
