How about a light-rail/trolley-type transit system?  Something that serves
the parish, but gets those danged buses off the street.
 
I'd also like to see the signage ordinance changed to require lower business
signs, and a landscaping requirement.  If Shell could have beautiful
gardens, why can't the rest of the parishes businesses?
