Hey Lezlie,
 
The assumption is that the house was not 100% damaged.  Other homes will be
in a category that will categorize >30% or >60% or above and these houses
will likely be accetable for demolition as well.  Any resident who wishes to
voluntarily consent for demolition will likely have littlel difficulty in
having that done.
 
The list of the rest of the 18,000 homes is being uploaded to the website
and should be available by Monday, if not before-  currently the website is
having some internet problems outside of the webmaster control.
 
Let me know if you have more questions.  BE careful about selling too soon,
things in congress could make for a different choice.
