They met with Susie and I on Sunday.  The young man told us he was acting 
as the eyes for FEMA.  Making sure the houses are unlivable and having you 
sign a paper saying if you lie, you will go to jail.  Verified we were the 
owners and inspected the house.  He said, this doesn't gaurantee any 
payments.  Again, just acting as eyes for FEMA.
