[StBernard] FEMA trailers

I just got a call from FEMA regarding a trailer for my mother and self.
 
My question is:  Are any of the "group" lots ready to take trailers for St.
Bernard parish residents?  I know they have them set up in areas for
employees of the parish, etc.  My understanding is that we don't have
power/water yet in my part of the parish, hence a group location is needed.
 
Craig, can you provide any info on this?
