Unfortunately the maps are not quite identical.  My home is located at 3412
Plaza Drive (4 houses from Josephine)which was the cut off of oil for
Murphy.  The EPA's map stated that there are oil lines within my block and
blocks further from us headed to golden canal to Genie.   The epa's map is
hard to read, but if you blow it up to read at 100%, you can see it better.
The full web site for the EPA is
www.st-bernard.la.us/emprep/katrina/oilspill.htm then go to Images speak
volumes and then to documents, this is where the map from the EPA is.  The
funny thing is, is that this maps also states where murphy considered the
oil parameter, then re-adjusted it again.
