	If someone was paid 100% of their coverage under the "blue zone"
pilot
	program through State Farm and Allstate Insurance companies, does
having an
	engineer inspect your property result in additional compensation, or
did you
	mean additional funds for those where damages were less than their
policy
	amounts?

I have no idea what the "blue zone" pilot program is?...  
 
and yes I did mean additional funds for those damages not noted by the
adjuster on a homeowners policy in which the damages did not hit the maximum
amount of the policy and additional damages were incurred by the home/condo
owner.
