Well, I certainly believe that if, for example, in my case--a flood-ins.
Adjuster tells you it's 100% damaged inside and knowing it was 100% of water
touching the roof, including contents, that anyone coming afterwards would
(with common sense) realize that the home is wasted.

I just went in and checked the inspection on my house and they are giving it
a 30-60% and a 1 of rating! How are they diong this? My neighbor's house was
given a 60-100% and it looks better than mine!
The insurance has told us our houe is 100% loss. Do we know what criteria
these inspectors use? It sounds like they are using a very different one
from most of the insurance companies!
I don't understand them. Does anyone have an explanation?
