I don't mean to write the same question again, but I hadn't seen any posting
with regard to the issue of ICC.  Kert LeBlanc said the flood policy only
had to be active at the time of the storm, and that I should cancel my flood
policy now.  Where did you get the info that it has to remain active to
receive ICC funds?  Please answer soon as my policy is about to lapse.
