Wesley, and what do you suppose this bill do for the ENTIRE flock of St.
Bernard Parish residents? Even those who were misplaced, has little or no
insurance or even had plenty insurance. Will all "eat at the supper" or will
selected few be fed?

House Bill 4100, the Baker Plan, is scheduled for a vote in front of the
House Financial Services Committee

AM Central Time. If it passes, Rep. Baker will work to get it included with
the Defense Appropriations Conference Report, which will be voted on by the
full House on Friday.
