The bill has passed out of committee but we need the support of Sen. Mary
Landrieu to get it included in the Defense Appropriations Conference Report
which will be voted on tomorrow.  This is the only way the bill can get
passed before Christmas and this year.  Otherwise it could be February
before it comes up again, at which point it will be too late for a lot of
people.

I urge you to call her one of her offices or email her demanding her
support.
