Let me be clear. I agree with you. We don't need to BUILD A THING, while
local, state, & federal govt finishes their "LEVEE DANCE".
 
But can we clean up, & hug & love & communicate & for God Sakes EAT some
good food at these community projects?  
 
Guess u can tell I've been eating too many days in a row down in da parish.

ditto, Ditto, DITTO!  

That was my first reaction to Marvin and the recovery committee.  I think
it's great what they want to do.  But first things first. CAT 5 levees and
NO MRGO!  You CANNOT rebuilding a thing until that is done.  If not, it will
all be destroyed again when Tropical Storm "A" rolls thru next year.  I love
the Parish, I would love to come back one day.  But not without the
protection.
