	Actually, it was a Republican who wrote the bill. Although only
Republicans 
	voted against it, I think you probably still ended up with 25
Republicans 
	and 25 Democrats that voted for it. 
	
	Remember, the last I heard, it is still a Democrat, Sen. Landrieu,
who may 
	screw the whole thing up.
