I am *not* trying to start anything by saying this, I just wanted to
put it
out there and you all can decide for yourselves what you think...
We lived in NYC before, during and after September 11th, 2001. I was
at the
site 9 days after it happened and I knew even then that there was
*no way*
that that air around Ground Zero was safe...However, the White House
pressured the EPA to release 'positive' findings from their testing.
About a
year and a half later, we found out the truth, which was that it was
*not*
safe. If you are skeptical, check out the NY Times archives. The
rescue,
steel, recovery, etc. workers are now paying for that slight-of-hand
with
their lives.
Again, I'm not saying that that is exactly what is going on here,
I'm just
letting you all in on what I have seen and heard with my own eyes
and ears.
I would definitely trust the Bucket Brigade a *heck* of a lot more
than I
would trust the EPA, but that's just me. I'm hoping to hire someone
to do
testing in *my* house so that I can have actual results that *I*
paid for
and can interpret without any political influence.
Hope this helps someone...
