Thank you Debra.  THis is happening at our house too.  Bruce goes to the
house every day packing a gun.  He told the police that he will have to take
matters into his own hands if he walks in on the looters in our house.  He
is not afraid, he is angry.  What can we do about this?  Your neighbor Heidi
