[StBernard] PARISH UPDATE FOR 12/16/05 - Condemnation/Mitigation Issues

	    After reading that sign up for property demolition must be done
by
	January 31, 2006,

This deadline worries me as well for another reason: I am still arguing with
my insurance regarding wind versus water damage and contents of my attic and
was just offered a repeat inspection, this time with me present, but the
adjuster is going home for Christmas (must be nice) and wont be back until
the new year. 
I am unsure if I should let her come again (as I was p.o.ed last time when I
took a day to go there and she never called, supposedly got there before me
and was already finished) or request a different one. 
Either way, demolishing the house would render the fight useless. So here we
wait again.
