[StBernard] No ICC on cancelled flood

Now here we go again. Now it says if the flood is cancelled the ICC coverage
is lost. I dont understand, as the EVENT in question was in the covered
period. Below is the post I received, but I dont know who Barbara is.

You will not have ICC coverage on a cancelled flood policy.   You can
reinstate this policy if you want to, but would have to pay the premium.
