That is at least some good news and affects us directly as our house is near
that back  levee. 
I remember many vacations on the North Sea coast in Holland and Germany, and
many places had the camp ground quite away from the Sea, we walked up and
down up and down up and down over several 'Deich' levees before reaching the
shore, which was forced further outward by these savy people stealing land
from the water. (reminiscing with a smile)

	outside and one on the inside -- for more protection from storm
