[StBernard] Question regarding Green Space

 I'd certainly be interested also in learning if this concept is being
considered.

Nowhere in St. Bernard's space is this needed as a buffer zone between
deadly waters and the core of folks beyond Genie/Patricia. Otherwise,
someday (and hopefully not soon, history WILL repeat itself (not IF it
will). If not, will that secure one's hope to come back and feel secure at
doing so?

 but, I understand that it may be part of a propsoal that Cragg Tafarro is
behind.  I'd appreciate it if Craig, or another Councilmember, could either
explain this proposal in some detail, or, put an end to this rumor, if
infact that's what it actually is.
