Marvin,

I agree with you 100%.  St. Bernard was filled with many good people located
trough out the area.  Maybe you can not go back in your area, but I know you
would be accepted in other areas.  That is why I think it is so important
that people sign up on the returning residents list.  My only issue with the
list is it is done by last name.  I think it should be done by street.  Many
of us know neighbors by first names only and I think it you could see it by
street name you would get a better idea of who was returning or where you
may consider relocating too.
