As for volunteers on the day of the event; I need the following:
 
2 gentlemen as security before the entrance of the red carpet
4 ladies checking ID's upon entering the tent
7 volunteers as photographers - 2 of the seven focused on Santa, on either a
whole day schedule or rotation
2 ladies helping with the arts and crafts table
1 person overseeing the PA, music and video
2 "elves" to assist Santa
 
4 gentlemen in rotation outside of the tent as security
