    I read your response to Terry Bataglia and I can't imaging that she
would be satisfied.  I'm not!  What do you mean by it doesn't look like
there will be mitigated property in the neighborhood Lexington)?  Again not
a definite answer to any questions.  That is the biggest problem being faced
here.
