[StBernard] Council Extends Deadline to March 31

I am very happy the Parish has heard our cries and are extending us two
extra months. My hopes and prayers are that in that time most of us will
have had some amount of satisfaction with our insurance company's and for
those not insured a plan will be put in place for them. May everyone have a
very Merry Christmas and may the New Year bring us the peace we all deserve.
Let's try and start looking up and being able to work with each other
fighting each other will not solve our problems.
