[StBernard] Parish Announces Proposed Hazard Mitigation Areas

I wished these 'homes included' could be posted on a shaded map as I get
very confused when it goes from north to south in one, east to west in
another, but I dont know the exact boundaries. 
I am South of the 40 arpent, as I dont know of any developed property North
of the 40 arpent, and I am between Chalmette and the Violet Canal, cant
really pinpoint all of this. (need a visual clue, I guess).
